620 Series Flang-gee Bearing Assemblies

Self-Aligning - The pressed steel housing consists of two identical self-aligning flanges.   This housing has been designed to provide ample strength and self-aligning action for bearing assembly.   Each FLANG-GEE is a complete inexpensive unit.

FLANG-GEES are furnished with threaded Zerk-type fittings.   For many accounts, we supply the Flang-Gee without grease fitting, but with lubricant well filled with oil and felt.   This unit is used for special applications, Series 630.

A FRAME Opening is required for installation as the unit protrudes thru the frame, plate, or panel on which it is installed.   This is a very strong unit because the load is directly over the center of the two flanges.

BEARING - High quality bronze graphitized bearings provide ample lubrication.   Bearing has a flange to carry thrust load and provides self-lubrication bearing surface for thrust collar.

GREASE LUBRICATED - The large lubricant reservoir is filled through standard Threaded Grease Fittings.

This illustrated three bolt complete Flang-Gee bearing assembly has the same ball assembly as the "700 Series" Pillow Blocks.   The steel housing consists of two identical self-aligning 12 gauge flanges.   They are easily mounted in any position - horizontally, vertically or at any angle.   Only three 3/8" bolts are required to attach to frame.   These bolts should be tightened evenly when mounted.   This unit is interchangeable with any standard 62M flange ball bearing unit with a 3-9/16" bolt circle.

Can also be used as a two-bolt assembly with our 62M-2 or extra heavy 62M-2B flanges.   IN addition, they can be used as a three-bolt assembly with our 62MM-3T (triangular) flanges to save space.
